How I’m feeling: I’m just sore again. My jaw is tight, my shoulders are sore and my eyes are clouding over. The write-in I’m at is about to end and I’ll leave as soon as SG and Nicole are ready to head out.
What I’ll do with the rest of my day: It’s almost over. I want to crawl in bed and read. That sounds so nice.
Are you feeling the physical pain of writing yet? Let me know, Reader!
Until next time, write on.
I’m tempted to research if it’s possible to give yourself carpal tunnel in one month’s time, but I haven’t for fear I’ll abandon the last sprint to the end! 🙂 My wrists are HURTING! No pain, no gain – isn’t that what they say? I think once I get over the 40,000 mark I’ll fully believe that I’m going to finish the thing on time. The 30s are still a little scary. The 40s will seem like a sure thing. Great job this week! Week Two ain’t got nothing on you. Still pulling 3K+ a day, that’s amazing!

Thank you so much for the encouragement. Your word count is quite strong as well, congratulations to you! I try to rest my wrists when I can, but at a write-in it’s hard to take too long of a break and keep going. I end up pushing through a sprint and then rubbing my wrist until the next one. I’m hoping to hit 40,000 by Friday when I have a day off to concentrate on writing. Good luck to you on 40,000 and a strong finish!
