Welcome to WWW Wednesday! This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and revived here on Taking on a World of Words. Just answer the three questions below and leave a link to your post in the comments for others to look at. No blog? No problem! Just leave a comment with your responses. Please, take some time to visit the other participants and see what others are reading. So, let’s get to it!
The Three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
Note: For users of Blogspot blogs, I’m unable to comment on your posts as a WordPress blogger unless you’ve enabled Name/URL comments. This is a known WordPress/Blogspot issue. Please consider enabling this to participate more fully in the community.
Currently reading: I wish I could say I read something from The Girl with Ghost Eyes by M.H. Boroson but I’d be lying. I did have a great week with Baby, so I’m not complaining!
Nothing more in True History of The Kelly Gang by Peter Carey. I think we’re close to sleeping in different rooms so maybe I’ll be able to get a few pages each night once that happens. But I’m not rushing it, I love having all of us in one room!
I made progress in The Ghosts of Eden Park by Karen Abbott during my runs. Though, I do plan to slow those down a bit now that my Turkey Trot is over (it went great, by the way!). I still think audio will be my fastest format, but maybe not as fast as it was before.
Recently finished: Nothing new here this week but I’m not surprised. I’ll get some more books finished eventually.
I published my review of The Perfect Stranger by Megan Miranda on Monday so please check that out when you get a minute. I enjoyed it and gave the book Four out of Five Stars.
Reading next: I’m fairly certain I wont’ finish my reading challenge this year, but I’ll try! I’ll plan on picking up Tabula Rasa by Ruth Downie as my next book. If I don’t finish it until after the new year, I’ll consider it a jump start on my 2022 challenge!
Leave a comment with your link and comment (if you’re so inclined). Take a look at the other participant links in the comments and look at what others are reading.
Have any opinions on these choices?
Until next time, write on.
