Welcome to WWW Wednesday! This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and revived here on Taking on a World of Words. Just answer the three questions below and leave a link to your post in the comments for others to look at. No blog? No problem! Just leave a comment with your responses. Please, take some time to visit the other participants and see what others are reading. So, let’s get to it!
The Three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
Note: For users of Blogspot blogs, I’m unable to comment on your posts as a WordPress blogger unless you’ve enabled Name/URL comments. This is a known WordPress/Blogspot issue. Please consider enabling this to participate more fully in the community.
Currently reading: Nothing in Más allá de la magia (Beyond the Wand) by Tom Felton yet again. It was nice out and now it’s not so I have no idea when I’ll have time to read this again. I hope Spring sticks around soon.
I got through a little bit of Good Inside by Becky Kennedy, but not much. This is easy to pick up and put down which is a blessing and a curse.
I started Running is a Kind of Dreaming by J.M. Thompson on audio which was nice for a long drive I had recently. It’s good so far and I’m looking forward to getting more into the author’s background.
Recently finished: Nothing new this week. I was out of town a few days which slowed down my reading a lot. I’m one review behind but hoping to be caught up on it by next week.
Reading next: The plan for an ebook is still The Last Chairlift by John Irving. Maybe I can use that to motivate myself to keep reading.
Leave a comment with your link and comment (if you’re so inclined). Take a look at the other participant links in the comments and look at what others are reading.
Have any opinions on these choices?
Until next time, write on.
You can follow me on Goodreads, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram. I’m available via email at SamAStevensWriter@gmail.com. And as always, feel free to leave a comment!

I’m really hoping that Spring starts to stick around for a bit too. Getting very fed up of the everlasting grey skies and rain now. Still, the sun is shining this morning which is a start. Hope you manage to get back more reading soon.

The weather is dictating my reading too. I’m trying to get ahead with reading books that are publishing soon in order to be able to spend lots of time gardening when the good weather here in the UK finally does arrive. It’s long overdue.

Running is a Kind of Dreaming sounds interesting, but right now I’m trying not to add to my TBR. As you can imagine, it’s not going well.

The Last Chairlift is an interesting title that’s piqued my interest. It’s been a good while since I’ve joined in with a Wednesday – lovely to be back – https://busybusylearning.com/www-wednesday-books-picture-books-graphic-novels-middle-grade-and-more/

I was happy to see someone has picked this up – I missed W.W.W. Wednesdays! I was participating about a decade ago I think.. I can’t remember who was hosting back then. :-) I’m on blogger, and am not certain I have the right permissions set up – but I’ll look into it. :-)
Running Is A Kind Of Dreaming looks interesting! I often find that at the end of the year, it is memoirs that are most often on my favorites list.

Maybe I mentioned this before but I saw Tom Felton in a play in London called 2.22. I knew nothing about it going in, which maybe was good as it was more suspenseful. It required more acting than HP and he was very good.

Hm… good luck with the John Irving. I’ve been off him for a while now, but I know many people still love his books. I’ll be interested in seeing what you think of it, especially as its almost 900 pages long! Mind you, some long books can be relatively fast reads… I remember how I was worried about The Rose Code by Kate Quinn at over 600 pages, but I zipped through it like a novella!

Hopefully the weather gets better again soon! I’ve been lucky, besides one day of snow a while ago, it’s been nice. Here’s my answers: https://writingcrazyme.blogspot.com/2024/04/www-wednesday-680-april-24th.html
