If you’re interested in participating, please let me know and I’ll add a link to your blog or tracking page on the page for this year’s challenge.
Until next time, write on.
You can follow me on Goodreads, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram. I’m available via email at SamAStevensWriter@gmail.com. And as always, feel free to leave a comment!
Ooh I love this idea! I think I might want to participate

This sounds like it would be a lot of fun. Now I want to go through my books to see what I currently have that would work for each of these. Hopefully I have at least one for each category

This looks like such a fun challenge! One question – can the books be a mix of fiction/nonfiction or is this challenge just for historical fiction?

It can be fiction or non-fiction. I’ve used both in the past. I’ll add you to the participant list! I hope you enjoy the challenge as much as I do. Let me know if you create a tracking page of some kind you want me to link to. Happy reading!

Ok, great! Thank you! Weird that my blog link is broken. I will look into that. It should be pillowfort.blog.

Hello Sam, this looks like a great idea and I’d love to join your challenge. As I haven’t done one of these before, do I link to this post when I write a review that qualifies for the challenge? Thanks 😊

You can participate however you want to. Linking to this post is good because it will help give your readers an idea of the challenge without having to explain it each time. I create a page and list the books I’ve read for the challenge along with the time period they cover.
I’ll add a link to your blog homepage to the participant list. If you create a ‘landing page’ of some kind of the challenge, let me know and I can update the link. Don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any additional questions! I’m glad you’ve decided to participate!

I think this may be the link you see when you’re editing the post. I found one on your blog and included it in the challenge page. Check that out and let me know if I got it right.

Just finished the last book I needed to complete the challenge! Here’s my list https://whatcathyreadnext.wordpress.com/2020/01/02/when-are-you-reading-challenge-2020-sign-up/ Don’t worry, it won’t stop me reading more historical fiction 😁

I’m surprised to have finished so early as I’m usually trying to cram in books at the last minute to meet reading challenges. Thanks for hosting the challenge again this year. It’s one I always enjoy.
