Welcome to WWW Wednesday! This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and revived here on Taking on a World of Words. Just answer the three questions below and leave a link to your post in the comments for others to look at. No blog? No problem! Just leave a comment with your responses. Please, take some time to visit the other participants and see what others are reading. So, let’s get to it!
The Three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
Note: For users of Blogspot blogs, I’m unable to comment on your posts as a WordPress blogger unless you’ve enabled Name/URL comments. This is a known WordPress/Blogspot issue. Please consider enabling this to participate more fully in the community.
Currently reading: I keep moving forward a page at a time with The Girl with Ghost Eyes by M.H. Boroson. It feels like Baby wakes up the second I open it. Maybe next week?
I’ve chipped away at True History of The Kelly Gang by Peter Carey, too. I don’t want to sacrifice sleep too much to read yet, but it does feel nice to make some forward progress.
We had more snow so I was listening to Tabula Rasa by Ruth Downie while I shoveled. I’m about 2/3 done and I’m hoping I find a time other than snow shoveling to finish it!
Recently finished: I thin I’ll finish my ebook next. We’ll see.
Reading next: I’m hopeful that next week I’ll have started A House at the Bottom of a Lake by Josh Malerman. It seems like it will be a quick read so I’m excited about this.
If audio goes faster than expected, Where the Light Enters by Sara Donati will be the next book I start. I’m ready for the long haul with this one!
Leave a comment with your link and comment (if you’re so inclined). Take a look at the other participant links in the comments and look at what others are reading.
Have any opinions on these choices?
Until next time, write on.
You can follow me on Goodreads, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram. I’m available via email at SamAStevensWriter@gmail.com. And as always, feel free to leave a comment!
I am hoping you enjoy these books. Here’s MY WWW POST

It’s amazing how children have that sixth sense to know just when you’re about to take five minutes to yourself 😄

Between Baby and snow shoveling, you’ve got immediate demands on your time. The books will always be there, waiting. Isn’t that the beauty of books?
This week, I’ve got an intriguing mystery and a very engaging memoir.

True! We’ve been trying to read to them as much as possible. They’re still of the age where books are indistinguishable from toys and might be yummy to eat lol. Happy reading!

Haha baby’s just know don’t they?! Ooooo more snow. I want a little bit of snow just to see if my toddler will build a snowman this time. He is 3 but has only seen snow once (last year and he refused to stay out and build a snowman with me 😂)

We haven’t taken Baby out in it yet and we might get one more opportunity this week. They get cold really easily so we’ve been hesitant but maybe they’ll like it? Happy reading!

I was always (and still am!) concerned about warmth. Maybe just poke your head out the door with them in all their layers? Or watch from the window ☺️

It takes me ages to get through an audiobook, not because they’re not great, definitely more a finding the time issue! Hope you can listen to more of yours soon 🙂
