Welcome to WWW Wednesday! This meme was formerly hosted by MizB at A Daily Rhythm and revived here on Taking on a World of Words. Just answer the three questions below and leave a link to your post in the comments for others to look at. No blog? No problem! Just leave a comment with your responses. Please, take some time to visit the other participants and see what others are reading. So, let’s get to it!
The Three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
Note: For users of Blogspot blogs, I’m unable to comment on your posts as a WordPress blogger unless you’ve enabled Name/URL comments. This is a known WordPress/Blogspot issue. Please consider enabling this to participate more fully in the community.
Currently reading: I wasn’t able to open The Girl with Ghost Eyes by M.H. Boroson, though I did try! Baby is going through some big changes at their age so I keep looking up parenting advice instead of reading. Who knows if it’s helping.
I read just a little bit from True History of The Kelly Gang by Peter Carey but I have found I’m moving forward slowly. I think I can get it done in a reasonable time frame, but I’m still going to prioritize sleep first.
I’m still on the prologue of Where the Light Enters by Sara Donati. It’s a long prologue so that’s not a bad thing, per say. This is going to be a long haul!
Recently finished: Nothing new this week but I was able to post my review of Tabula Rasa by Ruth Downie on Monday so please to check that out! I gave it Three out of Five Stars. I’m excited for the next in the series!
Reading next: I know I’ll start A House at the Bottom of a Lake by Josh Malerman eventually. I’m in no rush.
Leave a comment with your link and comment (if you’re so inclined). Take a look at the other participant links in the comments and look at what others are reading.
Have any opinions on these choices?
Until next time, write on.
You can follow me on Goodreads, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram. I’m available via email at SamAStevensWriter@gmail.com. And as always, feel free to leave a comment!
I am glad you are moving along with your books. Keep enjoying them. Here’s MY WWW POST

Starting a 700 page book is brave at any time as far as I’m concerned! I’m a wimp when it comes to big books.

You sound like me when my daughter was small – parenthood is not easy! It does get easier though. Mine is almost ten now! Time goes so quickly.

You need sleep! Not only for your reading (sleep enhances reading comprehension) but for your family and your LIFE. Good for you for prioritizing it.
Here’s my WWW. I’ve got a movie book (and I love old Hollywood) and lighter-than-air chick lit. https://onegalsmusings.blogspot.com/2022/04/www-wednesay.html
